The 32-year-old British RnB singer decided to share his photograph with fans to help them achieve their weight loss goals and admitted that even he struggles to keep off excess weight from time to time. however in an open letter to fans, he reveals that he does occasionally binge on junk food, but keeps his photograph to remind him of his goals and to help him keep his bad eating habits in check.
