Cyrus tha Virus Responds Disses From Yung6ix

What started out as a diss song has now turned into a war between two brilliant rappers, sadly there are no spoils to be shared here.

Some days ago we exclusively reported that promising rapper Yung6ix had taken verbal swipes at veteran rapper Cyrus tha Virus when the latter publicly voiced his opinion of 6ix not yet fit to be called ‘King of the South‘. Yung6ix, who’s signed to Storm Records had jumped on a track called ‘N***s fear‘ with another rapper Pherowshuz, dissing Cyrus.

Well, Cyrus has released a response. The cut, titled ‘Black flag’ is not only aimed at Yung6ix but also Pherowshuz, accusing him of being disloyal by allowing 6ix to diss him on his track. While calling Yung6ix a ‘Storm in a tea cup‘ he clearly addresses Phero in 16barz; ‘Phero was my man, so s***t was so funny to me/what is a Phero? It’s just a dead mummy to me/….the Phero that I know ain’t great no more/…you let 6ix shoot from your shoulders b/you need to learn a little lesson about loyalty‘.

Interestingly, Cyrus tha Virus and Perowshuz have been very good friends; Cyrus in 2011 featured Phero on his Hip-hop monster collaboration ‘Swat and Bloodhounds‘ and even gave him a shoutout on his mixtape ‘The Infiltration‘. The victor however seems to be Yung6ix who looks like he can do with a little buzz as he plans to drop his debut album ’6ix O’ Clock’ very soon.
