I call this a case of Every body Hates Chris LOL..as he battles with one, another springs up, they just cant get enough of him can they? The girl who alleged that the troubled star aggressively pushed her to the floor while they were out partying is now taking Breezy to court. Initially Deanna Gines just wanted an apology from Chris Brown but now she is demanding US$25 000 in damages from Breezy..hmmmmmm

Chris Brown and the club owner both claim Chris Brown is innocent.
