Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" is the number one song in the country at the moment. and she intends for it to stay that way for a while, On Saturday, September 21, the singer gave an emotional performance of the tune at the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Miley is one artist whose not reedy to give in to the critics on her new style, her outfit is one to reckon with.
