Kanye West Charged With Criminal Battery

Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for allegedly attacking photographer Daniel Ramos at LAX on July 19, 2013.

Kanye was said to have attacked the Daniel Ramos who attempted to speak with him as he left the airport,Ramos was admitted in the hospital after the assault.

Kanye faces up to a year in jail if convicted of both misdemeanors., Kanye is set to appear in court on October 10.
