Video : French Tourist Ask Who Is Jey Z?

Popular rapper Jay Z got a fair dose of disappointment as a tourist with a video camera allegedly failed to recognize him.

Jay Z, his daughter Blue Ivy and Beyonce were strolling around in Paris, close to the famous Louvre – a very busy tourist spot.

A tourist with a video camera was asked to stop filming by the Carter’s bodyguard and the tourist innocently asked “Who is He?” (referring to Jay Z).


 Jay Z then cheekily looked at the tourist and asked “Who are you?“
