According to the original report, “Joe owed $718,038 in back taxes from 2007 through 2010 but in the end, he only pleaded guilty for the two years.

Dokubo Released By Benin Republic, Flown To Abuja In Presidential Jet
Dokubo-Asari was arrested in the neighbouring country on Tuesday, his lawyer Festus Keyamo, said.
Keyamo confirmed the release on Thursday morning.
The ex-militant was said to have been released at about 1am Nigerian time on Thursday.
NigerianEYE can confirm that the Niger Delta warlord was flown to Abuja in a presidential jet immediately after his release.
Keyamo had on Wednesday evening asked President Goodluck Jonathan to intervene and ensure the armed activist was released from Benin.
Dokubo, who once bragged openly that his arrest will lead to the demise of Nigeria spent 36 hours with the Beninoise gendarmes before his release around 1 AM Nigerian time today.
Church Burns Down,Two Dead
The fire started Tuesday when a man — his clothes and body aflame — entered St. Paul’s by the Sea church in a section where services are provided to the area’s needy.
“Somebody tried to put him out and then the building caught fire from there,” a witness told CNN affiliate WJLA.
The fire, possibly helped by the use of an accelerant, spread quickly, according to fire and police officials.
The man, identified by Ocean City Police as 56-year-old John Raymond Sterner, was found dead inside the building by firefighters. The church pastor, the Rev. David Dingwall, was found unconscious on the second floor of the church amid “heavy smoke and heat conditions,” authorities said.
He later died at a hospital. A third victim, a woman, was critically injured, police said.
It’s not yet clear how Sterner came to be on fire.
ASUU Replies President Jonathan, Sack Threat Will Fail
With the threat, ASUU said it was evident now that the Federal government was not ready to implement any resolutions it reached with the union.
Speaking with newsmen, ASUU National Treasurer, Dr. Ademola Aremu said It is a pity if the federal government is not willing to perfect the resolutions reached with union.
"This is why we find it difficult to trust our leaders by their words. How can someone be threatening to sack lecturers when universities are already short-staffed by almost 60,000. We are not in Military era. The Military tried it and failed. This one will fail again.” ASUU said.

ASUU added that the FG was wasting the time of Nigerians and youths in the country by failing to perfect the resolutions so that classes could resume in the schools.

Mid Air Scare For Manchester United Players
The plane landed safely at the second attempt at Cologne/Bonn airport ahead of Wednesday’s match.
The club declined to comment, but Rio Ferdinand said : “Landed in Germany….just….I’ve only just recovered after that choppy landing!”
Press Association Sport understands a number of passengers expressed their concern and, while a stewardess initially said there had not been a problem, the captain later came onto the speakers to confirm he had been forced to abort the landing as there was another plane on the runway.

In an elaborate ceremony at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi was presented with the Nigerian Coach of the Year award while Perpetual Nkwocha of the Super Falcons won the female footballer of the year.
Ball Sports Personality of the year award was won by Portugal based Nigeria table tennis international Aruna Quadri. He defeated Olumide Oyedeji and Ike Diogu, both of De Tigers.
The President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Aminu Maigari won the sports administrator of the year award. He dedicated the award to every Nigerian.
Blessing Okagbare won the Track and Field Star of the Year award while junior athlete Divine Oduduru won the discovery of the year award.
Meanwhile, Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of DeltaState also won the Sports Governor of the Year Award. Uduaghan who was present in the hall received the award and said the other nominees, Governors Liyel Imoke of CrossRiver and Babatunde Fashola of LagosState were equally winners.
Wonder Kid Kelechi Iheanacho, To Sign For Manchester City
Iheanacho was named the best player at November's Under-17s World Cup after scoring six goals, including one in the final, as the Golden Eaglets triumphed in the United Arab Emirates.
He has since been linked with moves to Porto and Chelsea but his father, James, said that the Etihad Stadium will be his boys' next destination.
"As I am talking to you, I have chosen that Kelechi is going to Manchester United," he told Super Sport's 'Monday Night Football', before appearing to correct himself by saying: "I have told you that he is going to Manchester City."
Iheanacho senior later said that the player's family made a joint decision on where he would go in a meeting on Monday night. "We prayed [on Monday] and, after due consultations with family members, we came up with Manchester City, believing he has a future there," he explained.

Mujahid Asari-Dokubo,Ex-Niger Delta Militant Has Been Arrested in Benin Republic
"Today, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, my friend and client, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, was arrested in Cotonou, Benin Republic, around the hours of 1:00pm and 2:00pm by the country's gendarmes (Police Force).
"He was picked up around the Lubeleyi roundabout and taken to an unknown destination," Keyamo said.
He said Asari-Dokubo carries on legitimate business in the tiny West African country and has been living partly in Benin Republic for many years now.
"In fact, he owns houses, schools and an academy in that country. All these places have been searched as at this evening and nothing incriminating was found," Keyamo said.
He said there are indications that Dokubo's arrest and detention are a ploy by certain forces in Nigeria in unholy alliance with the Beninoise government to keep him away as 2015 approaches.

PDP Rebel Governors Join APC
The governors, at the meeting they had with the leadership of the APC in Abuja on Tuesday, said their decision was aimed at rescuing the country.
A former Acting National Chairman of the PDP, Alhaji Abubakar Baraje, announced the decision after the meeting, which was held at Kano Governor’s Lodge in Abuja.
Among the governors at the meeting were that of Rivers (Rotimi Amaechi), Kano(Rabiu Kwankwanso), Adamawa(Murtala Nyako), Kwara(Badulfatah Ahmed) and Niger(Dr. Babangida Aliyu).
The governors of Jigawa and Sokoto states, Sule Lamido and Aliyu Wamakko respectively were absent.
Baraje said the governors were part of the decision.
Some leaders of the APC like its Interim National Chairman, Chief Bisi Akande; a former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; and a former Head of State, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), were in attendance.
The meeting ended at about 12.30am.

Aero Contractors To Become Nigeria's National Carrier
One of Aero Contractors’ planes with registration number 5N BLC has already been painted into Nigeria’s national colours of green and white, a photograph shows.
The plane now resembles the aircraft once used by Nigeria Airways, the mismanaged government airline that crumbled years ago.
Sources said the government has also bought ten new Embraer planes to flag off the new national carrier.The ten Embraer aircraft will be added to the planes already in the fleet of Aero Contractors Airline, the source said.
Critics have criticised the move saying that Aero Contractors was so badly indebted that the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON, took it over last year, when the airline couldn’t pay its debts.
Michael Jackson Personal Doctor Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson Killed Himself
In the bizarre, rambling interview, the doctor convicted of Jackson's death painted a sad picture of The King of Pop's final days as a physically broken 50-year-old filled with dread and self-doubt.
Jackson barely had control of his bodily functions, according to Murray.
"He wore dark trousers all the time because after he went to the toilet he would drip for hours," he told The Daily Mail.
"You want to know how close Michael and I were? I held his penis every night. I had to put a condom catheter on him because Michael dripped urine. He had a loss of sensation and was incontinent."
The ex-physician goes on to say, "Michael didn't know how to put a condom on, so I had to do it for him."
Murray was found guilty of injecting the singer with an overdose of Propofol that killed him on June 25, 2009. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and spent nearly two years in jail.
Murray went on to say in the interview that Jackson gave himself lethal doses of anaesthesia after pleading for more drugs, and said that he was not responsible for his overdose.
5 Busted For Fake US, UK Visas in Nigeria
Five persons are being detained at the Special Fraud Unit (SFU) in Ikoyi, Lagos for allegedly being in possession of fake American and British visas.Raji Oluseyi Michael, Adegoke Johnson, Popoola Oladimeji, St. John Ojo Osaghae and Smart Imafidon were said to be members of a syndicate involved in the circulation of forged documents to unsuspecting members of the public seeking to procure genuine visa from embassies.
Raji, Adegoke and Popoola were arrested based on a petition from the Regional Security Office of the United States Consulate in Lagos alleging that Raji had in his Nigerian passport No. No. A04910344, a fake UK visa.
John Ojo Osaghae and Smart Imafidon were arrested for applying for UK visa with forged income tax clearance certificates from the Edo State Board of Internal Revenue Service. SFU Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Isintume-Agu, said John Ojo Osaghae with Nigerian passport No. A0 3916493 applied for a six months visit visa to UK early in November.
She said based on the strength of the petitions, SFU detectives arrested the five suspects. Raji, a 32 year old who hails from Ibadan, Oyo State and holds a HND in Purchasing & Supply from the Kwara State Polytechnic told Daily Trust that the visa was given to him by one Popoola who also resides in Ibadan for N500,000.
Angola Ban's Islam, Shuts Down All Mosques
"The process of legalisation of Islam has not been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human rights, their mosques would be closed until further notice."
As part of the ban, the Angolan government ordered the demolition of the mosques in the country.
According to the official, such a decision became the latest in a series of attempts to ban "illegal" sects in the country.
This statement by Silva was made during her appearance last week at the 6th Commission of the National Assembly.
The minister says that the move became necessary in order to fight the emergence of congregations whose worshipping is contradictory to the customs of Angola culture.
The measure concerns not only Islam - many other not legalized faiths will face closure of their houses of worship.

Ciara: It's one of those songs that happened fast, because it has such a sweet vibe. I can't even lie, when we were mixing it, I was listening to it over and over like a fan. I don't like using obvious samples, but it felt right—I couldn't ignore the track the way [producer] Mike Will flipped the sample of "My boo." It's one of those songs a girl can sing to her man and where guys don't have to feel too cool to slow dance with your girl.

Ciara: The song's got a throwback '80s vibe with a modern twist; I think that's unexpected. It's more a product of my experimentation—it has a vintage-y feel, but I feel like everyone can love it. And what's better than to dance to the feeling of love? The song's about embodying that energy.

Lamar seems to be under the influence of something as he raps about not being a snitch, Jesus, smoking weed, cheating on his wife, Khloe Kardashian, living somewhere where blacks are discriminated against, Allah and more.

New Name For Aero Contractor ,As They Are Set To Become Nigerian Eagle
One of its aircraft, a Boeing 737-500 classic, painted with new livery and the new name, landed in Lagos at about 8:45 pm on Tuesday night and was secretly parked in a private fixed based operation (FBO) facility at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
Informed sources revealed on Wednesday, “There will not be Aero Contractors anymore. It is now Nigerian Eagle and it will be launched on Sunday by Mr. President. You will not see Aero anymore after the launch of this airline”.
Industry observers say that government might have decided to establish more than one national carrier or is using the Nigerian Eagle as a decoy or it has decided to change the name, Nigeria One.

I Cant Find My Son, Kelechi Iheanacho Father Cries Out
Iheanacho, 17, was the top star of the recent FIFA U-17 World Cup in United Arab Emirates and is wanted by several top clubs in Europe.
However, controversies have continued to trail his next destination.
This week, Golden Eaglets assistant coach, Emmanuel Amuneke, was reported to have manhandled a FIFA agent in Owerri over the youngster’s transfer, MTNFootball.com reports.
“I don’t know the whereabouts of my son. I have not been able to reach him for the past three days,” MTNFootball.com quoted James Iheanacho as saying on Hot FM Owerri on Friday.
Chris Kicked Out Of Rehab
The judge overseeing Brown’s probation in his Rihanna beating case ordered the singer to immediately enter another rehab program and stay for 90 days.
Brown, who was arrested on an assault charge in Washington, D.C., last month, still faces a possibly probation violation charge that could send him to prison.
“There is much concern with the probationer’s new arrest and his violent outburst that resulted in his discharge from a treatment facility,” the probation report said.
