Chris Brown 'fined for unpermitted signage after neighbours complains about graffiti art at his home'

He is not one to follow rules if they don't suit him, particularly when it comes to neighbourly etiquette.
In his latest neighbourhood disruption, Chris Brown has adorned the side of his Hollywood Hills home with graffiti art representing a series of bold monster-like creatures.

In the wake of the singer's 24th birthday, neighbours have reportedly had enough and one has  called LA City Officials who have cited Chris for 'unpermitted and excessive signage', according to TMZ.

LA City Officials have allegedly ordered that if Chris doesn't remove the monsters immediately, he will be fined. It seems the controversial singer began personalising the exterior of his rather expensive home with spray paint in April.

From the front of the property, at least four large and somewhat frightening images can be seen... very, very well. Chris opted for brown, pink, red and white monsters, each with giant pointy teeth and scary eyes, not dissimilar to something from a children's comic.

From West Hollywood Condo to giant Hollywood Hills home: The singer's giant home will surely not be left the way he found it

Around the same time, the Look At Me Now singer had his Lamborghini customised to look like a Hot Wheels car, which is a popular children's toy.

The Lamborghini was once black but is now made up of bold blue, yellow, red and white hues.
Chris had his ride pimped by West Coast Customs' Ryan, who happily snapped a photo of himself with the singer and his car and posted it to Instagram.

Meanwhile, Chris is probably busy recovering from his birthday celebrations on Friday night, when the Fine China singer partied at Emerson nightclub in LA.

Whilst his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran made an appearance, Chris' on-again-off-again girlfriend Rihanna was noticeably not present.

This isn't the first time the Turn Up The Music star has had a run in with neighbours, either - residents near his last property, a West Hollywood condo, accused him of playing loud music late at night and racing dogs in the hallways.
