Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers lost out on this off season's biggest free agent prize when center Dwight Howard decided not to resign with the Lakers. Instead the big fella chose to play for the Houston Rockets next season.
Bryant, Steve Nash and Lakers executives made a last ditch effort to convince Howard to stay in L.A. Bryant reportedly told him he could teach him how to be a champion during their dinner meeting earlier this week, but that fell on deaf ears as Howard decided playing for Rockets coach Kevin McHale and play with rising stars James Harden and Chandler Parsons.
Kobe is angry at the move and probably won't be having Howard over for dinner anytime soon because as soon as the announcement was made he un-followed his former teammate on Twitter.
