Man Kills Wife And Post Photos On Facebook

A Miami property supervisor, Derek Medina, 31, shot and killed his wife Jennifer Alfonso, 26 on the 8 August, and then posted a horrific photo of her lifeless body slumped over on the floor of their kitchen, covered in blood.

Derek posted the photo along with messages on his face book page (Note his page has been taken down by Facebook). Before driving to his father’s house,where he confessed killing his wife. They both drove to the police department and admitted he killed his wife. He has now been charged with first-degree murder. See more messages below.
