But it's not all bad news for the 20-year-old star, at list her show off and hard word i would like to call it has paid off, as her new single Wrecking Ball raced to number one on the Billboard Charts on Wednesday.
The single makes it the first number one Miley has ever had on the coveted chart.
The songstress previously came close with her singles We Can't Stop and Party In The U.S.A, which both charted at number two.
Miley knocked Katy Perry's hit Roar from the number one spot after it sat there for two weeks since it's release.
