Man Sues Nike For Not Putting Warning Labels On Dangers Of Using Air Jordans To Stomp On Someone

Now this should crack you guys up a bit,am still laughing as i type, Sirgiorgiro Clardy, 26,is suing Nike for $100 million and says that its Air Jordan shoes failed to include a warning on them that they could be used as dangerous weapons after he used his own pair to beat a man. now can you beat that lol...

He alleges Nike is partially responsible for Clardy's 100-year prison sentence in Oregon for beating up the man in 2012 with his pair of Jordans after the guy tried to avoid paying one of Clardy's prostitutes. Clardy is asking Nike to include warning labels for all 'potentially dangerous Nike and Jordan merchandise.'

Clardy was found guilty of second-degree assault by a jury in early 2013. The victim received stitches and plastic surgery, according to The Oregonian.
