Davido's NY Concert Overbooked, New York Police Department Shut Down Concert

Davido’s concert was reportedly shut down by the in Brooklyn, New York Police Department last night March 28th.

He tweeted:

Damn My NY was too packed police shut it down!! The love and support that came out was overwhelming!!! I will be back ! Really sad!

The concert which held at Pulse 48 was reportedly shut down because it was overbooked, leading to safety concerns.


The show was supposed to be Davido's first show as he kicks off US/Canada Tour 2014.

However, steps have been put in place to avoid a repeat of the Brooklyn shut down, he has a show today D.C, Minnesota tomorrow, Texas on Friday the 4th of April and Canada on the 5th of April.
